1.3 Pricing & Currency Conversion

- Currency conversion rates may apply based on the customer’s location and bank policies. Unlock Changes is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
1.4 Taxes and Additional Charges

- For Digital Downloads & E-Learning Courses: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be provided once access to the product has been granted unless there is a technical issue preventing access.
2.3 Refund Process

- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method. If the payment method is no longer valid, the customer must provide an alternative method for processing.

2.4 No Refunds in the Following Cases:

3.1 Cancelling a Subscription
